By having direct checks you can choose from special designs rather than sporting the bare, simple, and boring checks for your transactions. This is where you order checks from a third party rather than directly from your bank. Your bank, in order to cut down costs, will give you plain checks. You have to look elsewhere if you want to have checks that stand out. Why should you have to conform to the same design as everyone else’s checks just because your bank wanted to save a few bucks?
